Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep scheduled counseling appointments, you are required to notify Right Focused 24 hours prior to the scheduled event. Failure to notify Right Focused will result in a broken appointment fee.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds and no make-up classes for missed Workshops or Group events. Missed individual therapy and individual coaching sessions can be rescheduled a maximum of 1x per originally scheduled session with 24 hour notice (see above).
